Sophisticated Traditions: A Destination Wedding Editorial in Morelos.

There is a profound sense of history that only a Mexican hacienda can provide—a textured backdrop of stone, light, and centuries of soul. Documenting Sofía and Mario’s wedding at Hacienda Santa Cruz Vista Alegre in Morelos was an exercise in capturing timelessness.

The day was defined by a sophisticated balance of heritage and modern elegance. As a wedding photographer based in Guadalajara, I often find that the grand scale of these historic venues requires a specific editorial eye—one that respects the architecture while focusing on the intimate, sartorial details of the couple.

From the quiet moments of preparation to the vibrant celebration, every frame was captured through a lens of 'Quiet Luxury.' This destination wedding serves as a testament to the beauty of Mexican traditions when met with a contemporary, high-fashion perspective. Whether in the heart of Guadalajara or the historic landscapes of Morelos, my mission remains to preserve these legacies with the depth and artistry they deserve.
